Return Policy
- At Anemone, we take great pride in the quality and care of our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will do our absolute best to assist you with a prompt credit or exchange. All returns and/or exchange orders must be notified within 7 days upon receiving the order.
- All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued. Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected by our Returns Department. If possible, please place a sticker over the damaged area (This will expedite your return process).
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the order is not received within 7 days and/or the merchandise is not in the original packaging. We will not accept any items that have been: worn, washed, altered, snagged, ripped, stained, subjected to odors, and/or damaged by the receiver. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must receive the RA# from our sales representatives for your claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the RA#. Please contact us via e-mail at anemonecorpinfo@gmail.com to receive an RA#. Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a RA# and a shipping label. Please make sure to ship back the return goods via UPS within 14 days of UPS label issuance.
